Despite me have zero knowledge about the engagement ring business and likely asking some of the most obnoxious questions, Brianna was incredibly patient when working with me. We were able to get a phone call scheduled and knock out the entire design in one fell swoop. Her extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities were invaluable in helping me understand the jewelry-making process and make the best-informed decision about choosing the perfect ring for my love and I. Furthermore, I was under an extreme time constraint (3 months) and Brianna was able to get the entire ring done and mailed to me well under that time frame. The reason for this is she went above and beyond by putting components in place while we were still in the developmental process, rather than waiting until everything was decided and paid for to get things moving. Last, she was incredibly timely and responsive with my emails. I felt that through the entire process I was able to reach her with any questions or suggestion that I had. There is always a risk when working with such a popular jeweler that you will fall to the wayside. However, this was never the case with Brianna. For any men that are like me and lack the knowledge needed about engagement rings, I highly recommend using LCG.
