Production & Timelines

We encourage beginning the process at least three months in advance of any special occasion. Planning ahead keeps the experience smooth and allows us to devote the proper care to your piece.

Every Made-to-Order ring—including Build Your Own—is crafted for you, built around your chosen center stone with precision down to the millimeter. Brianna personally oversees each design before it enters production. These are not mass-produced molds; they’re individually developed CADs that become heirloom-quality pieces.

  • Build Your Own: 10 weeks
  • Made to Order: 8-10 weeks

Most pieces are completed sooner, but we reserve this time to account for the unexpected. Please wait until your ring arrives before making proposal or travel plans.

Fully from-scratch custom commissions are available on a very limited basis and begin at a $5,000 minimum investment.

Diamond & Gold Update

As gold prices continue to rise, we’re updating pricing on Made-to-Order engagement rings and wedding bands to reflect these changes.

Going forward, side diamonds in our Made-to-Order designs will feature premium lab-grown diamonds by default to balance gold costs while preserving quality. Prefer natural diamonds? An upgrade option will be available within each listing.

One-of-a-kind rings will continue to blend natural and lab-grown diamonds thoughtfully, depending on the center stone. Natural gemstone centers will remain paired with natural diamond accents; lab diamond centers will include lab diamond accents for a cohesive design.

Many wedding bands can be customized with alternative accents like natural sapphires or colored diamonds.

One of a Kind Rings

Beginning with upcoming releases, we’ll gradually transition to size 6.5 as the new standard, with a mix of both 6.5 and 7 available during the shift. 

To stay focused on creating new work, in-house resizing for ready-to-ship pieces has been paused. Rings ship exactly as listed. See Sizing for local resizing details and our $50 first-resize credit.

Sizing, Resizing & Services

After careful consideration, we have discontinued in-house resizing services for in-stock rings, effective October 14, 2025. This allows more time for designing and releasing new work while still giving you a simple path to perfect fit.

  • Ready-to-Ship Rings: Ship in the listed size. If you need an adjustment, you may have your ring resized locally by a trusted jeweler. This does not void your Lavender Creek Gems manufacturing warranty when the work stays within a two-size range and follows our official resizing guidelines.
  • $50 Local Resize Credit (Ready-to-Ship only): We offer a $50 refund toward the first local resize of a ready-to-ship ring. Simply email a photo of your jeweler’s receipt to receive the credit.
  • Made-to-Order & Custom: Crafted in your specified size prior to shipping. The local resize credit does not apply to these orders.

Shipping & Delivery Guidance

Direct Delivery Only

For security, we do not ship to hotels, short-term rentals, or non-permanent addresses. Deliveries must be to a permanent residential or business address.

Age Requirement

Recipients must be 21 years or older. A signature is required for every package.

Shipping Method

We ship exclusively via overnight service within the US, with wedding bands offered to ship via either overnight or second-day air, depending on your selected option.

Insurance Coverage

All packages are fully insured while in transit. Insurance extends until the carrier marks the package as Delivered to the address on file.

International Deliveries

International shipments are subject to customs clearance, tariffs, and import duties assessed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Timelines may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control. Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

Ring Sizers

Need help with sizing? We offer a complimentary ring sizer for US customers (you cover shipping).

Gift Cards

Lavender Creek Gems offers digital gift cards for proposals, anniversaries, and special occasions. Gift cards are delivered electronically and may be applied to any purchase on our website.

Policies at a Glance

  • Returns: A 20% restock fee applies to all returns. This covers the time invested in each order and non-refundable transaction fees.
  • Cancellations: We begin working on your order once it’s placed, so cancellations aren’t available.
  • Design Integrity: We do not sell settings alone and do not ship settings or stones separately. Each piece is created complete and ready to wear.
  • Original Work: Lavender Creek Gems does not copy other designers’ work or reproduce outside designs.
