RESIZING

On January 1st, a new policy was implemented with my resizing procedures. Requests requiring the ring to be sent back to me will incur a resizing fee of $75, in addition to the shipping fee. For more information about sizing, please review our policies here. All resizes (this includes ready-to-ship rings that need a resize) have a turnaround time of approximately two weeks.

DESIGN YOUR OWN

I’m excited to announce that I’ll also be introducing a new "Design Your Own" section on my website! This platform will showcase a wide selection of gemstones, enabling you to browse and choose your perfect stone, pair it with your favorite setting, and place your order directly—all without going through the custom order process. While I do not have a set date for when this feature will launch, I will keep you updated as progress is made. This will streamline the experience for many of you while still offering the opportunity to design a piece that feels uniquely yours.

For those seeking bespoke designs or unique concepts outside the "Design Your Own" offerings, custom orders will remain available with the new minimum investment. As a one-woman business, this change allows me to prioritize both my artistry and your experience.
