Lavender Creek Gems Warranty

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty & Repair Care

Each Lavender Creek Gems piece is handmade in the United States and created with careful attention to craftsmanship, structural integrity, and longevity. Our lifetime manufacturing warranty reflects the confidence we have in the quality of our work and our commitment to standing behind every piece we create.

Our lifetime manufacturing warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or manufacturing that affect the integrity of the piece under normal, intended wear. If your jewelry is found to have a manufacturing issue, we will repair it at no cost to you.

What Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship-related issues that affect the structural integrity of the piece under normal, intended wear. Examples may include a flaw in the setting, a solder joint failure caused by workmanship, or another construction-related issue that should not occur with proper wear.

Normal Wear & Tear

Fine jewelry naturally experiences wear over time, especially pieces worn daily such as engagement rings and wedding bands. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect, but it is a natural part of owning and enjoying fine jewelry.

Examples of normal wear may include surface scratches, minor dents, worn rhodium plating, thinning prongs over time, gradual metal wear, or stones that require routine tightening after extended wear. These changes do not indicate a flaw in craftsmanship, but rather the natural effects of daily use over time.

We are happy to service Lavender Creek Gems pieces affected by everyday wear, and if work is needed outside of warranty coverage, we will review the recommended repair with you before proceeding.

Misuse, Neglect, & Exclusions

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or conditions outside of normal intended wear is not covered under our lifetime manufacturing warranty.

Examples may include bent rings, misshapen settings, broken prongs caused by impact, chipped or fractured stones, damage from heavy lifting or working with your hands while wearing fine jewelry, exposure to harsh chemicals, or continued wear of a piece after damage has already occurred.

To help protect your jewelry, we recommend removing it during exercise, heavy lifting, gardening, swimming, cleaning, sleeping, or any activity that may expose it to force, impact, or chemicals.

Center Stones & Insurance

Our lifetime manufacturing warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, or damage to center stones. Because many Lavender Creek Gems pieces feature one-of-a-kind, limited-availability, or specially sourced stones, an exact replacement may not always be possible.

For that reason, we strongly recommend insuring your jewelry upon receipt through Jeweler’s Mutual or another trusted fine jewelry insurer.

Resizing & Outside Work

Your ring may be resized by another jeweler, provided the adjustment remains within 1.5-2 full sizes of the original ring size. Resizing beyond this range will void the warranty.

Any other work performed outside of Lavender Creek Gems, including prong work, soldering, stone setting, structural modification, or repair, will void the warranty, as we cannot guarantee the workmanship of another jeweler.

Repair Evaluations

All warranty and repair assessments are made at the discretion of Lavender Creek Gems. If a repair is determined to fall outside of warranty coverage, we will always communicate that with you before any non-warranty work is completed.

Our Commitment

Each Lavender Creek Gems piece is created with the intention of becoming a future heirloom. Our commitment to your jewelry does not end once it leaves the studio. We stand behind our work, and we are honored to care for the pieces we create for years to come.
