Since Lavender Creek Gems is entirely run by Brianna, she personally handles every aspect of the business—designing, sourcing gemstones, coordinating production, quality-checking, photography, marketing, customer service, packing, and shipping. Because of this, she does not provide shipping date estimates or send periodic updates during production, as unexpected delays in manufacturing or shipping can happen, and shifting timelines can create unnecessary stress. Instead, you’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been prepared for shipment.
