Crafted with care—one at a time—and thoughtfully tailored to the unique stone at the heart of your piece, the timeline reflects the dedication poured into every detail. From casting to hand-finishing and expert stone setting, each step is approached with precision. We want your piece to be just right, which is why everything is done with intention. Since Lavender Creek Gems is entirely run by Brianna, she personally handles everything from design and sourcing to customer care, quality checks, and shipping. Because of this hands-on approach, we’re not able to provide specific shipping date estimates or periodic updates during production. Timelines can occasionally shift due to the nature of custom craftsmanship, and we’ve found that constant updates can sometimes cause more stress than clarity.

That said, you’ll absolutely receive an email with tracking details the moment your order is ready to ship. We’re also actively working on adding an order status page to help keep you informed throughout the process—and we hope to have that available in the coming months.
