Returns & Exchanges
Lavender Creek Gems is happy to accept eligible returns and exchanges when postmarked within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the piece must be returned in original, unworn condition with no signs of wear and with all original packaging, cards, certifications, and boxes included. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization through our contact form or customer portal.
Eligible for Return
• Ready-to-ship items may be returned less a 5% restocking fee.
• Made-to-order items may be returned less a 20% restocking fee.
Rings are eligible for return only if they have not been resized after production.
Eligible for Exchange
We are happy to offer exchanges on ready-to-ship items, made-to-order items, and standard wedding bands that have not been customized to fit your Lavender Creek Gems ring. For rings, exchange eligibility applies only if it has not been resized after production. All exchanges are subject to a 5% exchange fee, which will be deducted from the store credit issued for the original piece, and exchanged items must be of equal or greater value.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
• Custom orders
• Build Your Own rings where you choose your own stone
• Any ring that has been resized, whether by Lavender Creek Gems or another jeweler
• Sale items and promotional purchases
• Wedding bands customized to fit your Lavender Creek Gems ring
• Engraved rings
• For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any earrings.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund once processed.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returned pieces must be shipped via UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air with full insurance and tracking.
• Lavender Creek Gems is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Warranty & Resizing
Our warranty applies only to issues in original craftsmanship. It does not cover wear, accidental damage, or work performed by another jeweler.
A ring may be resized by another jeweler without voiding the craftsmanship warranty, provided the resizing follows our 2-size guideline and is completed by a reputable jeweler. However, any ring resized after production is final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
