Production & Timelines

We encourage beginning the process at least three months in advance of any special occasion. Planning ahead keeps the experience smooth and allows us to devote proper care to your piece.

Every Made-to-Order ring, including Build Your Own, is crafted specifically for you and built around your chosen center stone with precision down to the millimeter. Brianna personally oversees each piece as it moves through production. 

  • Build Your Own: Up to 10 weeks
  • Made to Order: 8–10 weeks

Most pieces are completed sooner, but we reserve this time to account for the unexpected. Please wait until your ring arrives before making proposal or travel plans.

One of a Kind Rings & Resizing

We now offer ready-to-ship rings in a thoughtfully curated range of sizes, giving you more flexibility from the start.

If you would like us to resize your one-of-a-kind, in-stock ring before it ships, we are happy to take care of that for you. Please allow up to 5 weeks for shipment when resizing is requested.

We are able to adjust the ring up to one full size up or down from the original size, and we size in quarter-size increments for a precise fit. This ensures the design, stone settings, and structural integrity remain exactly as intended.

If you prefer to receive your ring sooner, ready-to-ship pieces in their listed size ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Schedule

Rings in their listed size ship within 1–3 business days, Tuesday through Thursday, via overnight delivery within the U.S.

International orders in their listed size ship Tuesday through Thursday within 1–3 business days using the service selected at checkout.

If you choose to have your ring resized locally after delivery, most designs can be adjusted up to approximately 1.5 sizes by a reputable bench jeweler. Resizing involves carefully adding or removing a small section of gold at the base of the band, then soldering, reshaping, polishing, and re-finishing the ring so it maintains its strength and appearance.

If you are unsure whether a specific design is a good candidate for resizing, our team is always happy to help answer any questions you may have. 

Shipping & Delivery

Direct Delivery Only

For security, we do not ship to hotels, short-term rentals, or non-permanent addresses. Deliveries must be to a permanent residential or business address.

Age Requirement

Recipients must be 21 years or older. A signature is required for every package.

Shipping Method

We ship exclusively via overnight service within the U.S. Wedding bands may ship via overnight or second-day air depending on the selected option.

Insurance Coverage

All packages are fully insured while in transit. Insurance extends until the carrier marks the package as Delivered to the address on file.

International Deliveries

International shipments are subject to customs clearance, tariffs, and import duties assessed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Timelines may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control. Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

Gift Cards

Lavender Creek Gems offers digital gift cards for proposals, anniversaries, and special occasions. Gift cards are delivered electronically and may be applied to any purchase on our website.

Policies at a Glance

  • Returns: A 20% restock fee applies to all returns.
  • Cancellations: We begin working on your order once placed. Cancellations are not available.
  • Design Integrity: We do not sell settings alone and do not ship settings or stones separately.
  • Original Work: Lavender Creek Gems does not copy other designers’ work or reproduce outside designs.
